Welcome to The Maverick Muse. This blog is a place for me to put down my thoughts on writing, on life, on whatever the heck I feel like. I welcome anyone and everyone to the site, whether it be fellow writers, readers or people I don’t understand in the slightest (seriously, how can people not at least be readers? I don’t get it).
I am a writer, obviously, and this is a writing blog, in part. Not entirely. I will post various things relating to writing, but I will also post things completely unrelated. Everything I post is my own thoughts. The goal is never to offend, but hey, can’t please everyone all the time. I’m happy to have a civilized discussion in the comments if you disagree with anything I say. Or if you agree. Or if you’re completely indifferent. Comments make me look more popular then I am, so comment no matter how you feel! Heh. But, in all seriousness, I welcome civilized discussion and would love to engage with some people.
I make no promises as to the frequency of posts. I am known to go through bursts of inspiration and droughts where I completely forget. I will do my best to keep a stream coming and already have several posts started, but forgive me if I forget for a time.
